1. The service

Bookings purchase admission to the workshop or event described on its page. All dates and times use Malaysia time. These are educational activities; simulated money has no cash value and participation does not purchase an investment or guarantee financial returns.

2. Tickets and payment

Junior workshop tickets cost RM30 each and admit one child aged 6–12 with parent admission included. Two children require two tickets, totalling RM60. Review your selected date, venue, ticket quantity and total before payment. Any additional charge must appear before you pay.

Online payment is processed through senangPay–DOKU when available. Each listed Junior workshop has 10 child places. Each child ticket uses one place; parent admission is included. Places are held for 15 minutes during checkout. A paid booking is confirmed only after successful payment verification. If payment arrives after the hold expires and places are no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a place or refund; no excess tickets will be issued. Keep your booking reference and on-screen ticket confirmation for check-in. An unpaid or pending order does not confirm admission. If your account was debited but confirmation is pending, contact us before paying again. We queue an email confirmation after free registration is saved or a paid booking is verified. Email delivery may be delayed; your on-screen confirmation remains valid. Contact us if you need help.

3. Attendance and supervision

A parent or guardian must accompany and supervise children throughout Junior activities. Provide accurate names, ages and contact details. Tell us about any access or participation needs before booking so we can discuss suitable arrangements. Respect facilitators and other participants.

4. Changes and cancellations

Customer cancellations, substitutions, organiser cancellations and postponements follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Material changes will be communicated using the contact details provided. The published terms applicable at booking will govern that booking; later changes will not retrospectively reduce those rights.

5. Your information

See our Privacy Policy for registration and payment information. Event registration does not automatically subscribe you to marketing or authorise promotional use of your child's image.

6. Contact and rights

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law.
