What we collect

Junior registration collects a parent or guardian name, email address, telephone number, selected event or time, and each child's name and age. Paid bookings also create order, transaction, payment-status and ticket-reference records. Group workshop enquiries collect your name, organisation or group, email, programme, optional estimated group size and timeframe, and learning goals. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and prepare a suitable session or quotation. Feedback and career-interest forms explain their own fields and purposes when you submit them.

Why we use it

We use booking information to administer registrations, verify payments, organise sessions, check participants in, communicate event changes and handle support or refund requests. A parent or guardian provides children's details. Registration consent is separate from promotional messages, testimonials and photography consent.

Who handles it

The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and secure submission storage, and Google Sheets for organiser registration records. Booking confirmation emails are processed through Brevo. Your email is used for booking and event communication, not automatic marketing subscriptions. Group enquiries are stored securely in Cloudflare and emailed to the organiser’s inbox; enquiry consent does not subscribe you to marketing. When you choose online payment, parent contact and order details are sent to senangPay–DOKU to process the transaction. Card details are entered on the payment provider's page; our registration form does not request them. Records are not displayed publicly. We may disclose records where required by law or to resolve a payment dispute.

Retention and your requests

Records are retained while needed for event administration, support, payment reconciliation and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the organiser with your reference. We may verify your identity and retain information required for legal or accounting purposes. Do not include sensitive personal details in anonymous feedback.
